The Voloc Council

The Voloc Council gains creature types of other creatures you control.
{u}{b}{r}: Search your Library for a Land or
Creature card and reveal it. Shuffle your Library
then put that card on top.
The Voloc Council's Power and Toughness are
equal to the number of creature types it has.
