The Wandering Eye

If you would discard a card, you may instead
return a land you control to its owner's hand.
If you would draw a card and it is your turn, you
may instead play an additional land this turn. If
you would draw a card and it is not your turn,
you may instead either scry 1 or surveil 1.
Whenever you discard a card, you may return it
from your graveyard to the top of your library at
the beginning of the next end step.
