The Watcher

If The Watcher's toughness is greater than its
power, it has vigilance, otherwise it has first
strike.
Whenever you cast a spell, you may switch the
watcher's power and toughness. If The Watcher's toughness is greater than its power when you do
this add {c}, otherwise The Watcher deals 2
damage to target player.
