The Watcher

The Watcher gains +1/+1 until end of turn for
each spell played.
{u}{1}: Scry 2, or scry 1 on an opponent's library.
{u}{x},{t}: X spells you cast this turn can't be
countered.
{u}{u}{b}: Target creature gains "When this
creature dies, put X +1/+1 counters on The
Watcher or X -1/-1 counters on target creature,
where X is equal to that creature's power and toughness" until end of turn.
