The Watcher

Whenever The Watcher has 1 or more 1/1 counters, she is in Wrath. Otherwise, she is in Calm.
While in Wrath, The Watcher must always attack if possible and has first strike.
Whenever you switch from Calm to Wrath, add {u}{r} to your mana pool.
