When Dyllan enters the battlefield, remove all counters from all permanents from the battlefield, redistribute them as any type of counter to any number of permanents on the battlefield. When a Planeswalker would drop to 0 loyalty counters by this ability, they do not leave the battlefield until all counters have been assigned.
