any players deck, graveyard or exile. If Magic wins/tied vote, each opponent reveals their hand, and you cast a spell from any players hand, graveyard or exile without paying its CMC.
At the beginning of your upkeep you may (in any combination) sacrifice artifact tokens and lose
health equaling 13 - if you do transform this card.
