permanent you control
When The White Witch enters, tap up to three
nonland permanents and put three stun counters on
each of them.
Whenever The White Witch attacks, you may gain control of up to one
target non-snow creature
defending player controls. If you do, tap it and put a
stun counter on it. That permanent becomes a snow permanent in
addition to its other types.
