The Widescream Whistle

Requires: Scrap metal, 1 Charged Catalyst of any
size or quality, 30 minutes of crafting time
(Gearhead). Can only be used by a PC with an
animal Companion (e.g. Zed, Polly). This item
can be blown as a dog whistle that only animal
Companions can hear. Once per day, a user may
make a WEIRD roll to use this item's magic
ability. If they roll a full or partial success, their
animal companion can immediately use one of
its abilities, even if that ability is on cooldown.
