When The Wingless Prince enters the battlefield,
choose one. If you control no other creatures
without flying, you may choose both.
*Create a 1/1 blue and black Faerie Rogue
creature token with flying
*Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn,
where X is the number of Faeries you control.
{3}{u}: Exile the Wingless Prince. Return it to the
battlefield under its owner's control at the begin-
ning of the next end step.
