The Winter Soldier

Whenever the Winter Soldier Attacks, defending player places a bounty counter on a creature they control without a bounty counter. Then Winter Soldier deals 2 damage to any target.

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

If a creature with a bounty counter on it leaves the battlefield. Draw two cards.
