+1: Put three +1/+1 counters on one, two, or three target creatures.
-3: draw a card for each creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it
-8: you get an emblem with "at the beginning of your upkeep, distribute five +1/+1 counters on any number of target creatures you control"
