The Wurmclaw Gauntlet +1

Melee attacks with the Wurmclaw Gauntlet
pierce normal armor and most magical
resistances. When you roll to attack, examine
your dice. If either die shows the highest
possible result (e.g. 6 on a d6), the attack is a
full success, even if it would only be a partial
success. If both dice show the highest result,
the attack instantly kills most targets.
BONUS: the wielder can change this item's
appearance at anytime outside of combat.
