The Z Special

When cast from hand target player calls for a brief pause for the game to speak with another player.

Both players will have exactly 30 seconds to
work out a deal to see who gains 10 life and who loses 10 life. The player who lost 10 life will
have 10 floating mana of any color.

Both players have to shake on this. But if deal can't
be worked out or one disagrees, discard a card.
