Theater of Power

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, you may make an offering. If you
do, put two +1/+1 counters on that creature. It
gains haste and menace until end of turn. (To
make an offering, sacrifice another creature that
shares a creature type with the creature.)
{1}{r}: Target creature with haste gets +1/+0
until end of turn.
