Theavor of the Scales has +X/+X, where X is the greatest power among creatures your opponents control.

Other Gods you control have base power and toughness equal to the amount of Heroes you have plus three.

If you control 5 or more Heroes, you may cast Gods from your graveyard by sacrificing a creature in addition to paying their other costs.

Theavor was the leader of the rebellion against the Traitor gods.
