Thenara the Vengeful

At the beginning of your first upkeep, you may put Thenara the Vengeful onto the battlefield from the command zone. If you do, you get an emblem with, "You cannot draw more than one card each turn."
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may pay {w}{w}. If you do, scry 1 and draw a card. Each opponent loses 1 life.
