Ordain (When you cast this spell you may tap a
creature you control that shares a color with it. If
you do, this spell becomes ordained.)
Each player discards their hand, then draws
seven cards. Then, if Theophany was ordained,
you may cast up to one noncreature spell from
your hand or graveyard without paying it's mana
cost until end of turn.
Drink deeply of divine ecstasy.
