Whenever a creature blocks Thretha, Helacrite of Fomnos, each player sacrifices a permanent, mills 1, and returns a card from exile to its owner's graveyard. Then, each player selects a card in their graveyard at random. If they select a creature card, put it on the battlefield blocking Threthra.
