+2: Put a wastes counter on target land. As long as a land has a wastes counter on it, it's a basic Wastes.
-2: Exile target creature from a graveyard. Create a creature token that's a copy of that creature, except it's a black zombie.
-10: Exile all artifacts and non-zombie creatures. Lands you don't control are basic wastes.
