Whenever Thich, deals damage to a player, look
at that player's hand & exile a nonland card from
it. As long as that card remains in exile any player
may play that card & uses mana as if it where
mana of any color.
Whenever an Opponents play a card, if was not
played from their hand, Thich deal it's power to
them.
