Lieutenant - As long as you control your commander, creatures you control get +1/+1 and have vigilance.
If Thick of Battle would leave the battlefield, you may instead reveal it and put it in the command zone. If you do, its converted mana cost increases by 2 and it costs {2} more to cast. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
