Thief of Insanity can only be blocked if it is
done by all creatures defending player controls.
When Thief of Insanity deals combat damage to
a player, reveal the top two cards of it's library.
Choose up to one instant or sorcery spell, exile
it, and put the rest on the bottom of the library.
You may cast the choosen card for as long as it is exiled.
