Thief of Secrets

When Theif of Secrets enters the battlefield, target opponent discards a card and exiles that card with Thief of Secrets.
When Theif of Secrets leaves the battlefield, exile the top card of target opponents library and put the card exiled with Theif of Secrets on top.
