When there are no more depletion counters, sacrifice this card. Each other player who spends more than 60 seconds doing actions on their turn (not including resolves) by their end step will have all of their creatures destroyed and have 3 seconds of alcoholic beverage equal to the amount of creatures destroyed this way.
