+4: Mill three cards.
0: Exile a monster until end of turn. It returns to the battlefield at the beginning of the next players end step, under it's owner's control.
-9: Choose a player. He/she gains 1 poison counter each time a creature they control dies. Once that player dies, renew this ability.
