Non-Athlete creatures enter the battlefield
tapped. At the beginning of each opponent's
end step, if a non-athlete creature they control
didn't attack that turn, tap that creature.
Any opponent may pay {x}{x}, where "X" is the
number of creatures they control. If they do,
destroy "This isn't Basketball..."
