This Means War

you can't pay more than 5 for X. Repeat the following process X times. Each player shuffles
their hand into their library. Then each player
reveals cards from the top of their library until
they reveal a creature card. Put each creature card revealed this way onto the battlefield under the control of the owner of the creature card with the highest mana value revealed this way.
At end of turn, each player shuffles the remaining
cards into their library, and draws X cards.
