Purchase a sealed booster pack of a
nonstandard supplemental set and open it.
Reveal all cards opened this way, shuffle
them, and put them in a stack to the
side of the game. Each player, following the
turn order, takes a card until the pile is no
longer there. Then all players reveal their
cards, and may cast spells and play permanents
revealed this way without paying their mana cost.
