This Too, Shall Pass

At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin.
If the coin comes up heads, exile the top card of
your library. You may play that card until end of
turn.
If the coin comes up tails, sacrifice a non land
permanent. If you can't, end the turn.
This simple fact of life will ruin the joyous, and
give hope to the most despondent.
