As long as your devotion to white, blue, and
red is less than nine, Tholos isn't a creature.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have
three or more nonland cards with the same
converted mana cost in your hand, you may exile
them. If you do, until end of turn, you may cast
those cards without paying their mana costs.
