Thor starts the game in exile. At the beginning of
each end step, return Thor to exile
Whenever you destroy a creature, you may pay {2}{r}{u}. If you do, put Thor from exile onto the battlefield.
When Thor enters the battlefield, each creature
and planeswalker your opponents control takes 4 damage, as do each of your opponents.
