Whenever you are dealt targeted damage or receive combat damage from an opponent, place a grudge counter on target opponent who dealt you damage this turn. This ability only triggers once per turn.

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to an opponent with a grudge counter, you may remove a grudge counter from that opponent
and deal damage to them equal to the damage they took during combat this turn.
