to a player, you may look at the top three cards
of that player's library. Exile one of those cards
face down. You may play that card for as long
as it remains exiled.
{u}{r}, {t}: Copy target artifact you don't control.
The copy becomes an artifact creature until end
of turn, and it gains haste. Exile the original
artifact. You may choose new targets for the
copy's abilities.
