Thorne, First Order Captain

While Thorn, First Order Captain is on the field,
the controlling player can pay {w}{w}{r} to search
their deck for a Starship Vehicle card and add it
to their hand. The added card has its summoning
costs halved, rounding down, and all Starship
Vehicle cards on the field gain its Crewed effect.
Thorne, First Order Captain can be used to
Crew Starship Vehicle cards, and if this card is
used, add the attack/defense values of this card to
the equipped Starship Vehicle card.
