You may cast Thorr from exile.
When Thorr enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice an artifact. If you do, tap all other permanents you control, then untap a
number of permanents up to the sacrificed artifact's converted man cost, take an extra
turn after this one, skip your untap step during that turn.
