When Though Injunction enters the battlefield look at target player's hand. You choose a nonland card from it and exile it.
When Thought Injunction leaves the battlefield return that card to its owner's hand.
Your opponent may look at and cast that card for as long as it remains exiled. If the card cost less than 4 mana to play it cost 4 mana to play.
