long as it doesn't have any +1/+1 counters on it.
Thoullast, Relentless Hunger has menace as
long as it has one or more +1/+1 counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1
counter on each other creature you control. Then
put a +1/+1 counter on Thoullast, Relentless
Hunger for each -1/-1 counter put on creatures
this way.
