Thousandfold Refraction

Return all nonland permanents to their owner's hands, and exile Thousandfold Refraction. Each player shuffles all the cards in their hands and graveyards into their libraries and draws seven cards. Each player may put a permanent from their hand into play. For each permanent put onto the battlefield this way, its controller puts out a token that's a copy of that permanent expect it has "Refracted Identity" in addition to its name and has "{2}: Create a token that's a copy of this permanent."
