Equipment spells you cast and equip abilities you activate cost {1} less.
Whenever you cast an equipment spell or activate
an equip ability for the first time each turn, you
may pay {x}. If you do, look at the top X cards of
your library. You may reveal an equipment card
from among them and put it into your hand. Put
the rest of the cards on the bottom of your
library in a random order.
