may have it gainning haste and becoming a copy
of this permanent until the end of turn.

Whenever you cast or copy a instant or sorcery spell which is a three mana value card or spell, you may sacrifice three treasures. If you do, copy it and you
may choose new targets for the copy. If you don't, create a treasure token.
