Throne Ascendancy

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a throne
counter on Throne Ascendancy. Then, if
Throne Ascendancy has three or more throne
counters on it, remove all throne counters
from it and you become the monarch.
As long as you are the monarch, creatures
you control get +1/+1, and at the beginning
of your upkeep, you draw an additional card.
