{5}: Gain control of Orthult, and give the player you took it from your current kingdom.
Whenever you gain life, tap target creature you control and deal damage to it equal to the amount of life gained.
A court ruled by the greedy and selfish, taxing their people to death and worse. The rulers forcing all but their closest advisors to give up all they own for the sake of their country.
