Throne of Deceit

When Throne of Deceit enters the battlefield, target opponent becomes the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if your are
the monarch, you may sacrifice Throne of
Deceit. If you do, each opponent reveals
their hand, you may cast one card from each
revealed hand without paying it's mana cost.
