When Throne of Frenzy enters the battlefield, target opponent becomes the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if your are
the monarch, you may sacrifice Throne of
Frenzy. If you do, target creature gets
+4/+0 and gains double strike, menace, and
trample until end of turn.
