Throne of the Enchantments

At the beggining of your upkeep, add a charge counter to Throne of the Enchantments.
Remove X charge counters: Choose one:
--Counter target spell with converted mana cost X
--Destroy target permanent with converted mana cost X plus 2
--Play target spell from your hand with converted mana cost X plus 2
