Throwing Spear

After having declared a Charge,
this fighter may stop 1" away from
his target and throw his spear.
This suffers no penalty for moving
and may be thrown even if not
having moved at half-speed.
If this kills the charged target,
this fighter may declare a new Charge
with his remaining movement.
