Thrown Into Chaos

Put all nonland permanents face down into one
pile and shuffle it. Then, starting with you, each
player puts the top card of the pile onto the
battlefield under their control until there are no
more cards in the pile.
One of Rakdos's favorites is when the guildmages
throw a big public group into mass hysteria. At least
half usually get killed before the Azorius come.
