+4: Exile target creature, enchantment, or land. The controller of exiled card loses life equal to exiled card's mana cost.
-3: Thunderblight Ganon does damage to any target equal to the amount of loyalty counters on him before this ability.
-16: Target player gets an emblem with "Whenever a card enters the battlefield under your control, you lose life equal to that card's mana cost."
