Whenever this creature transforms into Tia,
Born of Both, you may sacrifice a basic land. Creatures you control gain Landwalk in the type
of basic land sacrificed this way. (Plainswalking for
a Plains, Forestwalking for a Forest, etc.)

At the beginning of each upkeep, if a player cast
two or more spells last turn, transform Tia, Born
of Both.
